The following Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) applies to all users of FastDedis web hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and to be bound by its terms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use FastDedis’s services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Spamming: sending unsolicited emails or messages, including, but not limited to, bulk email, junk mail, or spam
- Phishing: using our services to deceive or mislead others into providing personal or confidential information
- Hacking: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer systems, networks, or user accounts
- Fraud: using our services to engage in any fraudulent activities, including, but not limited to, selling counterfeit goods or services
- Distribution of Malware: distributing or hosting any malicious software or code, such as viruses, trojans, or spyware
- Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights: using our services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, including, but not limited to, copyrighted material, trademarked logos, or patent-protected technology
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you host on FastDedis’s platform. You agree to not host any illegal or prohibited content, including, but not limited to, copyrighted material, hate speech, or adult content. You also agree to not host any content that is harmful or offensive to others, including, but not limited to, hate speech or harassment.
Network Abuse
You agree to not engage in any activities that may harm or disrupt FastDedis’s network or other users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Excessive resource usage: using an excessive amount of server resources, including, but not limited to, disk space, bandwidth, or CPU usage
- Denial of Service attacks: attempting to cause harm to FastDedis’s network or other users by overloading or disrupting network resources
- Port scanning: attempting to discover open network ports for unauthorized access
- Network sniffing: using software or hardware to intercept network traffic for unauthorized purposes
Remedies for Violations
FastDedis reserves the right to take any actions it deems necessary to enforce this AUP, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of your account, without notice and without liability. In the event of a violation, you agree to cooperate with FastDedis in investigating and resolving the matter.
Changes to Acceptable Usage Policy
FastDedis may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised AUP on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
